Container Desiccant 375 g Adhesive

The balance point for medium-length voyages: steady absorption over the whole transit without over-sizing the cost per container.

What it does

Air inside a container heats by day and cools at night. The moisture it carries condenses on the steel roof and walls and drips back onto the cargo — container rain. A calcium chloride desiccant captures that water vapour before it condenses and locks it into a gel that cannot run back out.

Where it goes

An adhesive strip for container walls and pallet faces. It is the usual choice for routes of two to four weeks, where a larger unit would be over-specified and a smaller one would saturate before arrival.

Key features

  • Container desiccant made with anhydrous calcium chloride
  • Certified absorption of 307% at 60 °C and 90% RH — more than three times its own weight in water
  • Zero-leak design: prevents condensation, rust and mould on the cargo
  • Self-adhesive 375 g strip
